Welcome to onescan, a billing and inventory management application designed to simplify business operations. By accessing or using our website and mobile application ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

Important: If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the Service.

By signing up, downloading, or using onescan, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding agreements. These Terms apply to all users — including visitors, registered users, and account holders.

Service Description

onescan provides comprehensive tools for business management including:

  • Billing and invoicing
  • Inventory management
  • Sales reporting and analytics
  • Barcode scanning
  • Receipt/Label printing

The app offers a 30-day free trial or full access through an activation key purchase.

Activation Keys & Licensing

Each activation key is linked to one device only and cannot be reused or transferred.

Activation keys are one-time usable codes that unlock the full version of onescan.

  • Each key is permanently tied to your account and device
  • Sharing or selling activation keys is strictly prohibited
  • onescan reserves the right to deactivate misused keys

Payments & Refunds

All payments are processed securely through Razorpay or other approved payment gateways. onescan does not store or access your payment information.

Refund Policy: All sales are considered final and non-refundable

User Data & Storage

Your privacy and data security are our top priorities:

  • Business data is stored locally on your device
  • onescan does not host or access your local data
  • Optional Google Drive backups remain under your control
  • Data loss may occur if app is uninstalled without backup

Permitted Use

You agree to use onescan only for lawful business purposes. You must not:

  • Reverse engineer, copy, or modify the app
  • Share or distribute activation keys
  • Use for fraudulent or illegal activities
  • Interfere with app functionality or security

Disclaimer & Liability

onescan is provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis.

While we strive for excellence, we cannot guarantee:

  • Error-free or uninterrupted service
  • 100% data accuracy in all circumstances
  • Meeting every specific business requirement
Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, xnode or onescan will not be liable for any loss of data, revenue, or business resulting from app use.
