Purchase Policies
Digital PurchasesNON-REFUNDABLE
Activation keys are one-time usable and tied to a single device.
- Final once key is generated
- No refunds after issuance
- No exchanges or cancellations
Physical PurchasesNON-REFUNDABLE
Printer packages are non-refundable once processing begins.
- Replacements for damaged items
- No refunds for delivery delays
- File complaints via User Portal
Review Before Purchase : We strongly encourage users to review all product details and system requirements before completing any purchase.
Cancellation Policy
No Cancellations : Orders cannot be canceled once payment is processed.
For exceptional circumstances such as:
- Duplicate payments
